Our reusable Bamboo Breast Pads are made using organic blend cotton and bamboo and are available in pairs or sets of three.

They are the essential accessory for any mum or mum to be, and if you are looking to be eco friendly and save money on your motherhood journey, then they are ideal!

After breastfeeding all five of my own children I understand the importance of an absorbent breast pad that is not only good for our environment but also made of a soft and soothing fabric, especially during those tender moments we endure throughout the journey.

During late pregnancy the breasts can excrete fluid and post-partum you may find that you 'leak' and experience a 'let down' from the side you are not feeding. So using a pad placed in the bra to cover the nipples, helps contain this leakage.

They are also super soft on sensitive nipples and are a great pad for soothing sore cracked nipples.

Each Breast Pad has one layer of ultra absorbent Bamboo, a middle layer of terry towelling and one layer of organic cotton blend fabric.

Bamboo is breathable and has antibacterial properties to help reduce the risk of infections such as mastitis. The middle layer of towelling absorbs your milk and the outer layer of organic cotton fabric helps protect you from leaking through.

Our organic breast pads are completely machine washable, making them super easy to maintain. Our fabric is soft against delicate skin, especially in those early days of breast feeding.

Our Breast Pads have been designed to be used multiple times and washed with general laundry, we recommend in a wash bag to prolong their life and quality.

They are completely reusable, machine washable making them super easy to maintain and something we are very proud of is they are eco-friendly, as well as a money conscious choice over their disposable counterparts.

Note: New pads will be fluffier. Where nipples may experience cracking, the pads may stick slightly. We suggest in this case applying oil/nipple balm before placing your pad on the Breast.

How to Use:

• Simply place a pad in your bra against the nipple, to absorb fluids.
• In the case of cracked or sore nipples, we suggest applying oil or nipple balm first and then apply the breast pad to avoid the pads sticking to torn sensitive nipples.
• Due to the 3 layers, you can rest easy knowing that fluids won't leak through to your clothing easily.
• We recommend washing daily-second day and not leaving pad to sit with excess milk for longer as this may cause the pads to discolour or stain.

Size: Each pad measures approximately 11cm in diameter, Pads may vary or differ in size due to being a handmade product.
