Very disappointed with my order and the service.
The quality of the clothes is okay, but the sizes are notttt matching the website at all. 😭 I ordered 0–3 months and 3–6 months sizes for my nephew and niece.
The 0–3 months clothes are sooo small, even for my 2-month-old nephew. The 3–6 months clothes are too big for my niece, and one of them is even too small for her. The sizing is really confusing and not accurate.
I waited roughly 7–12 days for my order and spent up to $200 on clothes. When I received my order and emailed the team about returning the clothes, I was told that I had to pay for the return shipping myself.
Honestly, after spending that much money, I expected better sizing information and customer service. I’m really disappointed because the clothes don’t fit properly, and now I have to pay extra to return them

I had contact with the company early on saying they had run out of stock with one of the selected sets so i said all good send me something different of the same value. It was sent and i got nothing saying the item was put for delivery or anything. Kept looking on this app (Shop) and no details were updated. Well they got updated today for all of it to find the item was attempted to be delivered at some point never got a notification then it was delivered to my local post office a month ago which again no notification, checked this app regularly as i have other orders and nothing was updated to get that it was delivered today i was like oh good ill go get it nope it was delivered back to the company a month ago and no one has contacted me about it nor have a received a refund for the item that was sent back. I think thats a wrong considering i was very nice about the replacement in the first place.

look nice and warm will help with the rest of this cold winter, was a different size though i ordered 3-6 months

If you have a chunky baby id probably get a bigger size my 7 month old just fits it
